the following is a collection of things i've created in photoshop with many tutorials, it's jsut my hobby, and this post is taken directly off another forum i'm registered to and most text is oriented to that forum so here it goes. please give me as much feedback as u can, as i said im an amateur photoshopper and i posted this to learn and get feedback. You've got to follow more tutorials. Regarding your tags and whatnot, well, yeah, they're pretty amateurish, but you've been improving since your first tag. You've got to work more on depth, blending, flow etc. Try following tutorials about these, and then develop your own way, your style, and try to master it. Also, I couldn't help but notice that in all of your tags, avatars etc. the text is either way too big, or the font just doesn't fit (I'm crappy with text, but meh). You should have one focal point, something that your eye sees first when you look at a tag, and in your tags the text, which is too big, takes away the focus. One 'last' important thing you should consider when making a tag is lighting, the lightning has to come from somewhere, try using Lightning Effects (Filter>Render) or whatever that was called if it's easier, but try to give it a bit of lightning. I know at first it can be overwhelming, but in like a month you can improve VERY much, and you won't even recognize yourself. I'll show you my first tag since I got back here, in March, and one tag made like three weeks later, and that's only for being here on GR, and constantly following tutorials, or trying my best. thanks heaps for the feedback. i never took this stuff seriously at all, jsut kinda messing around, today i did my first tutorial from GR and it turned out great i added it along with everything since number 25. many thanks to fubar for the tut^^
