Your text doesn't have any depth. There's way too much random ---- going on in the background, needs to have some structure somewhere. You may consider adding a border since it's a flyer, might look nice. ^_^ $12 at the door should prolly be under date/time, and is it 21+? People like to know these things. Just an idea to work with that background, you might try putting some lights behind the text and darkening the rest up if you want a quick fix. Make the random lines less visible.

some pointers: - background is taking 2 much attention away from the text - use some different colors - put your text in a more logical order like title location bands bands bands ________date ________time ________price in a more legible font
i like the skull but i think there is like no color or depth o.o very monotone which might not grab ppl's attention
