Too plain in my opinion. And that pen crap is goddamn over used [no offense]. Oh, and another thing, I think the bottom part is more attractive than the lips. Well at least it was the first thing I look at it

It's a bit boring. Looks like 3 layers to me.

Try smudging and adding more effects to it!

 

No offence, but it just seems way to simple. Like a gradient, a render slapped on, some pen tool lines and soft brush lighting. I could use some more.
