    Just starting out so I'd consider working on blending and backgrounds. Read some tutorials there are lots of techniques to improve both.

    Check out some tutorials. I know that's not too specific of tips, but really, they teach a lot.
    As for the tag, there's not much I can say. There aren't really any effects besides a background, render, border, text, etc.
