They're both good, but I recon the top one needs some more depth. Perhaps some contrast would do the trick?

The buttom one is just too cluttered and... were's the text?

Great sigs, all of em, I like how you made them vertical instead of horizontal. Good renders and I like the text.

Nice, but the brushing needs more depth. Also, it's a bit too dark and low contrast.

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast

I like it, good brushing, good use of the star brushes, little awkward shape IMHO. But I like the color balance.
