    tl;dr , virgin want to nerf bandwith of sites and the likes that don't pay/contract with them and make others hardly useable, leading to eventually the only accessable sites realy being the big corporate producers with the money to pay.
    virgin users, switch, let them know it's not okay to ------ net neutrality over before the other providers begin doing the same.
