Definitely needs more work... Just seems very bland and empty...

 

The effects on the left are very strange, and its a bit overbrightened.

 

Yeah,
it's really bright, empty and the straight text
doesn't really compliment the rest of the flow.

Keep working at it.

 

I think there is too much lights on the bottom of the render.

 

Its pretty simple. Not bad. Its really light. Not bad though.
Try using more effects in the BG.

 

Seems like you just smudged a bit then put on some gradients and a ocean ripple. But its nice for a start. Add some c4ds, some depth, a good focal and you have a tag

 

I find version two better, but I only think it's too bright at the right side, and I can't read what the text says.
