You need some more effects

 

You've got the idea for composition.
But two things are hurting this tag bad.

1. the low quality render reduces the entire sig's appeal
2. the borders draw your attention away from the sig and create an awkward feel

Get some cool effects going on and get a nicer render.
Also, look up some tuts. They can sky rocket your abilities. ^_^

Keep it up.

If you blurred the BG mroe ift would bring out the focal (the guy), and im not feeling what you did to the border.
