The effect would be more finished if his face was vectored from that. Would look cooelr

 

It's kind of cool to be honest. I don't really like the background you chose and I really think that the borders on either side kill it. I really like how you did Kanye's face, even though it was probably only a topaz effect or a filter.

 

no it wasn't topaz or any downloaded filter. I combined a few default filters and did some changes
