    Looks awfully cluttered and stressful, so it's hard to tell what's going on.

    It's not bad though.

    too busy...maybe reduce the bg a little to allow for your focal to stand out more.

    I don't like the BG.. It's dull, and the guy in the BG seems very out of place.
