I was careless and sent to the wrong guy for an auction, but he cant give them back cos he has negative points. So I've just given him 1200 points for free...help?

Pretty much what Ikky has said to be honest, it will be very unlikely that you will get those credits back, you sent them at your own risk. Was it made clear that you had to send the credits to his other account?

Also imo, you have sent the credits for the item you was bidding for, therefore should get the item you have paid for regardless of whether he was in the negs or not, he is getting around the system by having another account to have the credits sent to, its his own fault for trying to steal someone and losing, imo, he should not be getting credits to another account.

Will have to wait on an admin to decide on this though.

Edit: There are official rules against this sort of thing, regarding an account with negative credits, whoever you paid the credits to will have to send you the item you have paid for. It is against the rules to create a new account/and or have another account to have the credits sent to if their original account is in the negative. If you do not get the item you have paid for, that person will be suspended.

^ Well put, my thoughts exactly.
