v2 is better,but they both still need work done to them.the render looks completely unblended,and also doesnt look as if it really goes with that bg at all.Also the pink thing behind him doesnt really fit imo. bg looks nice though.

 

Render needs more done to it.Looks like it's just slapped on the sig.Keep at it.

 

Add some more effects around the render. The background has a good mood to it for the render, but, needs more effects around it.

 

Like most people are saying, blend the render, it does look as if its out of place.

v3 is the best, nice depth, just lower down the opacity of the text a bit more and it looks nice.
