    Super Smash Bros. Brawl
    Platform: Wii
Well, after the long wait by fans across the U.S., Super Smash Bros. Brawl finally hit stores on Sunday March 9th. The game goes all the way to it's first version on the Nintendo 64 in 1994. In 2001, Super Smash Bros. Melee was introduced to the Nintendo Gamecube with many new features and characters to play as. It is the first game in the Super Smash Bros. series to feature third-party characters. Super Smash Bros. Brawl introduces even more characters, more game play modes, and online capability.

    Summary/Storyline:
The game is an all out brawl featuring your favorite Nintendo characters, along with a visit from some characters on other platforms. Each character has their own unique way of fighting, attacks are based off of games they were in. Additions ranging from new characters to building your own stage are now available. The new addition to single player make it more in depth as you get to play through an adventure with many different levels.

    -Game play-
In the single player portion of the game you get two choices, to play the old classic mode and battle through a list of characters or play the new adventure mode called "Subspace Emissary". Both game modes are great and offer more and more as the series advances. Multi player can be online or offline. Offline, you can fight in a 4 way brawl or with less if you choose. You can fight with your friends in stock matches, time matches, special matches, tournaments, and coin battles.
Stock Match: You have a set number of lives and fight until one is left standing.
Time Match: You play for a set amount of time to see who can get the most points, points are determined by K.O.'s, you can also lose points by being killed and suiciding (Self-Destructs).
Coin Mode: Coins appear all over the map, the player with the most coins at the end of the time limit wins.
Special Mode: This is where you can set what type of battle you want. You can choose Slow or Fast battles, Big or Small battles, Sudden Death, Stamina, etc.. This mode is very fun because you can customize the match a special way if you want.
Tournament Mode: In this mode you can set up a tournament with your friends or against the computer.
Nintendo Wi-Fi is a big thumbs up in this game. Smash Bros. fans have waited patiently for this, and now they have it. Online you can choose to play with friends or with anyone random. There are some nice features online that let you choose an avatar, set a display message, and set four different taunts.

    -Graphics-
Everyone knows that the Wii isn't known for it's graphics, rather it is know for gameplay. Super Smash Bros. Brawl has outstanding graphics, no question about it. They're a step up from the last game and looking at pictures can show that much greater detail was put into each character. The buttons and navigators all are very sleek, smooth, clean, and simple looking.

    -Sound-
The soundtrack for the game is also amazing. The main theme is an epic song played by a huge orchestra. There are many songs for each level based off the game the level is from.

    -Other-
On an important note, some Wii's may not be able to play Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Many people are very angry and upset about this, but, this site will explain to you what is wrong, and how to go about fixing the problem.

    Ranks
-Game play- 9/10 - Brawl just adds on to the series, adding more gameplay and options to the players.
-Graphics- 10/10 - Amazing details put into every last thing.
-Sound- 10/10 - Very nice soundtrack.

    -Conclusion-
Anyone who has a Wii and enjoyed the rest of the series should get this game as soon as possible. This is one great Wii game that won't get old fast. </div>

Well, that's what I was aiming for. I usually rate them on the platform. Since the Wii is meant for fun and is known for not having great graphics. For the Wii, yeah a 10, for overall I'd say maybe a 7 or 8.
