    The second/third text looks good, and I THINK it looks better with a border.

    His hair/top of his head is a bit oversharpened near the top.

    Improve the focal a bit by blurring or so, it is easily
    to get distract by the outsides because there is so much
    going on.
    Apart from that really nice one!

    Too busy in my opinion tone down the effects a little more....because other than the fact it is pharrell in the middle....it seems the background would work for any pic you sat in the middle....just about....
    good idea, and good absence of color...LoL
