I think he means that he does not see much besides filters and blurred areas. I'm sure there is more than meets the eye, but I don't see any effects that stand out besides places that aren't blurred or sharpened.

 

I see, any suggestions?

 

A lil bit plain but I think you could easily fix that with some blurring.
It looks really awe, loving the compo. ^^
