hmm.....looks ok though the depth is off and the circle on the left and text should go. add more to the bg too

I love the bg, but the bear doesn't seem to quite fit. I'd add a few gradients over him so he kinda fits the color of the entire sig.

I pretty like that one, good lighting, nice depth, could need a bit better flow but that would be all.
