I wanted to know what other mp3 players (excluding Ipod) were good. I was looking into the Zen and thought it was a great mp3 player. Do any of you know any other good mp3 players.

Note that Ipod is not included. I don't want anyone telling me Ipod would be better.

I've used creative MP3-players for about 4 years. I think they're very good.
Now I'm just using my phone (Nokia 6300) for listening music.

I have a sony w300i phone, which doubled as a MP3 player so I use that, but I've heard good things about the Zen as well.

I think I will suggest you to go for a Sony Walkman player or something, your second best option would be an iPod obviously. Because these are the two best marketers for Mp3 players and arch on each other as well.

    Creative Zen or Microsoft Zune.

Yes, the Zune is the ----. But I have a Motorola Q with a 4Gig and a laptop and I always have them with me with my bluetooth headphones so I just stick with that since they don't get the most use in the world anyways....

Sorry to say this but you should defenitly go for the iPod...

Otherwise you could choose the iRiver G10

Thanks for the advice but I'm still leaning towards the Zen. It looks very cool and size really isn't a factor to me.

Although, I've heard good things about Zune, I'll have to check into it more. Plus, some of my friends say they tend to lose their small Ipods really easily at home.

I'd have to suggest the Zune if you're staying away from iPods.
