Seems low quality to me. I think you need more effects other than c4d's around him. I'd also like to see a colored version, black and white aquaman is weird.
There was only one c4d on his right shoulder, the rest were effects from stocks. And the colored version is horrible the colors are really weird and random x.x .
Zolo said it, it seems a bit weird. The lighting and the flow are good. The bg looks a bit messy at the left part of your tag. Aqua and b/w does not fit, sorry.
