I feel like the left of her and the right of her are from two different tags, which is baffling to start.

The effects are great but the only thing that creates flow are those random lines there. Try to create it some other way, and remove the lines.

The lighting is way off too. The strongest light you have created is behind her, but she's lit from the front. Fix that. :)

It's nice but some tweaking is needed imo. ^_^

    Agreeing with EL.
Try to add some adjustement maps, curves, gradients, whatever. I somehow miss the real depth / contrast in that one.
Go blurring / burning a bit, do not overdo it.

    Disagree with EternalLife.
I think it looks pretty hot, I'd just make the little flare line things slant the other way, and on a steeper angle.

I think the first thing I noticed was the depth. It need more depth and contrast. You could make the sig darker and a little brighter in some spots...

then the lighting is off of course. maybe you can just flip the render horizontally or something :P

And the lines are kinda distracting, but it's ok i guess.

The lighting was an easy mistake to make with large implications.
I think it's just something to mark up as learning experiance. ^_^ But to me,
the tag's composition was very appealing. ^_^ I like the way it looks.

    Yes,
Depth is needed as well. That kinda sucks the life out of this one. Try to get
more depth in your next one. ^_^
Lines, lines. You could make the lines a littmore more wiggly by smudging them
out shakily and the erasing here and there at a very low opacity to give it some
    coolness. ^_^ That's what I'd do. ;)

    Good work though. ;)
    Keep 'em comin'
