Lets see, the first one could need some more effects / depth, the second one looks pretty nice but could need some effects, too. The third one looks a bit messy and the text is hard to read, there is no real focal point, blur the bg to create one.
I like the blurring on the first two, but not many effects make it slightly boring. The second one is linear and the guy just sticks out. The third one just looks too messy and it's hard to figure out the focal.
The first two are very plain and sort of ho-hum to me. They both lack flow too and depth. I see on the last one you went overboard with effects. Hmm. Try to create a flow in the tag instead of just throwing in randoms stuff, you know? Also, try to create depth. As a general rule, things in the bg are generally blurrier and darker. Things in the fg are more clear and well lit. ^_^
