    I love the Mario one.. I think you should work more on your text though. The Crisis Core one seemed very flat/plain. Adding in some color and better effects should do the trick.

    I like the mario one as well ! The color transition is really smooth. Needs a bit of darkening if you ask me and the text needs work but its good ! that sparkle on his right shoulder really bothers me though ---- hmmmm...

    The mario one is really great, I like the composition.
    Work on the text, the flow is really nice.

    too mayn fx on 1st
    work on ur color balance and composition
    put more thought into them imo
