I dont understand, that was my first bump in the 24 hours, i have not bumped multiple times so I dont understand how I'am breaking the rules now....

After you start a topic you must wait 24 hours to bump. It's the same as bumping and then having to wait 24 hours to bump again.

 

Put up some rates that you would like, that way people know what would be an appropriate offer.
Topics made in Offers/Requests usually have prices listed in them.
Example: Selling 6000 credits at the ratio 300:1.

If you are unsure of a price, the topic should belong in the auction room.
