Now, I remember as a starting staff member, what is too strict, and what isn't strict enough when punishing members for breaking rules? Well, the purpose of this FAQ is to give you general guidelines to follow for punishments so that the staff as a whole is moreso fair, and the punishment shouldn't be based on which moderator warned the individual.

No adult(sexual of any nature) content on the website; rather discussing or linking.
    In all circumstances:
    - Close the thread, edit the topic, the post, warn the user, and send a notification PM to the user (from the warn panel).

    First Offense:
    - If more than PG-13 nudity, proceed to Second Offense.
    - If remotely more than PG, but nothing too serious, just do as you would in all circumstances (close the thread, edit the topic/post, warn the user, and send them a notification PM).

    Second Offense:
    - Suspension of the account for 3-5 days, and any other accounts the user has (Member lookup tool, as well as IP Lookup tool can be found in 'My Controls'. if an IP is used on multiple accounts that you have warned/suspended, you can suspend all of the accounts, repeated evasion of suspension results in an auto ban).

    Third Offense:
    - Lifetime/IP ban.

No warez; rather discussing, linking, or suggesting.
    In all circumstances:
    - Close the thread, edit the topic/post, warn the member, and send them a notification PM.

    First Offense:
    - If the member is new, redirect them to a rules topic when you do as you would in all circumstances (close the thread, edit the topic/psot, warn the member, and send them a notification PM).
    - If the member has over 500 posts, suspend them as well as all members with a matching IP.
    - If the member has over 1,000 posts, lifetime/IP ban the member, and all accounts associated with the members IP.

    Second Offense:
    - If the member is new, suspension of 3-5 days on all accounts associated with the IP.
    - If the member has over 500 posts, lifetime/IP ban.

    Third Offense:
    - If the member is new, lifetime/IP ban.

No foul language; keep it PG.
*This really only applies if the member is evading the word filter, even concerning the ratings, examples include; sh.it, bitch, highest rating, etc.*
    In all circumstances:
    - Edit the topic/post to remove foul language, warn the member, and send them a notification PM.

    First Offense:
    - Do as you would in all circumstances.

    Second Offense:
    - Warrants a suspension of 3-5 days on all accounts that match the IP used.

    Third Offense:
    - Lifetime/IP Ban.

Do not spam; keep on topic, do not try to get your post count or credits up by posting useless replies to topics/or posting topics.
    In all circumstances:
    - Delete the post, warn the member, and send them a notification e-mail.

    First Offense:
    - Do as you would in all circumstances.

    Second Offense:
    - Suspension for 3-5 days on all accounts associated with the IP.

    Third Offense:
    - Lifetime/IP ban.

No reputation abuse; reputation is a way to judge a persons character on the forum. Worthless [minus] or [postive] reputations will be removed, and fines, suspensions, or even bans will be given out.
    In all circumstances:
    - Remove the invalid rep, and warn the member.

    First Offense:
    - Fine the member who gave the invalid rep 100 credits.

    Second Offense:
    - Fine the member who gave the invalid rep 250 credits.

    Third Offense:
    - Fine the member who gve the invalid rep 500 credits, and suspend the member, and all accounts associated with the IP for 3-5 days.

Racism is not tolerated on this forum, and removal of the person in question will be the end action of such remarks.
    In all circumstances:
    - Edit the topic/post, possibly close the thread (if its a thread based on pure racism), warn the user, and send a notification to the member via PM.

    First Offense:
    - Suspend the user for 3-5 days, and all accounts associated with the IP.

    Second Offense:
    - Lifetime/IP ban.

No begging(asking) for credits, reputation, or inactive account(s).

Do not respond to Ripper and/or Scammer Reporting threads unless you are: staff, person who posted the thread, person being accused in the thread. You WILL be fined 500 credits for ever post made and will receive a warning in such topics this now includes the Rep Abuse forum.
