If you actually read the thread in the staff section you will know why he was banned. Who said he said it again? It was an example and it was not 1-2 months ago. Taking ---- too personally? lol.. i don't think so, theres having a laugh and a joke and theres taking it way too far, they took it too far, they got punished for it end of story. If he posted that ---- to anyone else in the chat room i would have banned him for it as i did today, i don't care who it is, who is pregnant etc etc.. if comments like that were said to another member of GR i sure as hell would have done something about it as im sure Logic, Marforce etc would do too. Also 100% warning already, takes ---- too far, nothing to do but to ban him anyway but thats not the point, i didn't ban him so i don't really care what you have to say. I take ---- too personally? But when assholes like you and Majin take it too far, instead of bieng a man and apologising for offending someone, you whine about how people can't take a joke and moan about it too much.. Sorry, but you don't realize the history between me and dem, we've not always seen eye to eye. I'm far from up his ass, he's just someone i know, chat to, and respect. I actually it isnt dems word that has always been final in my banning, i believe logic plays a large part in them. Dem has done more for this site than you actually realize too. Without him i'd guarantee the sites demise.
I banned Maj for posting a photo not using the word harlequin. Please tell me what options I had left? He can't be suspended, and evidently can't be banned. (Not that he wouldn't come back). Maj knew damn well he was crossing a line, not only with kirbir, but myself and Logic. Maj can't seem to figure out when enough is enough, we've given him so many opportunities to figure it out. Yet, he can't. When you're not being a complete moron, I do happen to like you Maj. As for those blaming kirbir on his banning, she was unwilling to take action on the forums for precisely this reason. She was not involved in my decision to lay down a futile ban. If you're looking to place blame, it should be directed to me.

Having two kids myself, I also found the comments and stuff that Majin posted to be incredibly offensive. Hence why I believe he should be banned. I joined this forum to be apart of a graphics community, who were focused on helping each other grow and be better at it, rather than slinging hurtful and insulting comments about. EVERY OTHER FORUM that I have EVER been a member of would NOT have put up with that, yet people here seem to agree, and make ------ing jokes about it.. People are starting to wonder why GR is becoming less and less active, and THAT to me is the reason. @Majin: Fair enough, I dont know the relationship you two have, or the past of it or whatever. And sure, he may have done a LOT for the forum. But there are always other people with the skills, time and enthusiasm that he has, and there are always those who have a much better attitude to members too.
I did read the thread, and the reason I haven't pursued actively banning him is because I don't believe he should be banned, especially not because of a female moderators emotions getting the best of her. He did it in the IRC, it warrants an IRC ban, not a site ban, he posted in the last word. Nothing he did on the IRC should have resulted in an IRC ban, period. You do take shit too personally, you always do. You joke with everyone about everything and flame as much as anyone else, but as soon as the flames turn to you, you lash out and if you can't take care of it, you whine to someone with more power than you, or more say in the matter than you have. You do this to me all the time (complaining about me, but coming to me to help you with your issues). You KNOW this, I have gone over it for multiple HOURS with you in private chats. I am sexist, everyone knows this, frankly if a woman receives a position of power in the stats I will lose all respect for this nation and I will be leaving it. Women are scientifically proven to characterize things differently and act differently because of their emotions. Women work differently than men when emotional things come into play, such as an unborn baby being brought into the picture. Get off her balls kid. She never really asked to stop, and when she did, he simply questioned it, as he should, as he deserves a reason, as not everything is bluntly obvious to people. Last I checked, questioning an individual in a position of power is NOT a bannable offense. He has been back for 6 months, not a single bad thing said on the forum outside of the last word, the only issues were on the IRC, and look how far back kirbir had to go to show an example, nearly a month or more ago. He has been on good behavior, which for Maj, takes a LOT. I put in more work than 90% of the staff on this site. I have been a loyal member of this site longer than just about everyone except Llama. I have put more hours, effort, and care into this site than most of you dweebs can fathom. I take care of matters most of the staff wouldn't or couldn't bother with. You wanna know who staff comes to when they have an issue and need it handled, or need advice outside of the forum? Yeah, thats right, most of them come to me. Most of the staff members confide in me, because they know I am NOT a bad guy. Again, your ignorant to what goes on in your surroudings. I am racist, I am sexist, I do bully members, I do not break the forum rules without reason, I do not ban members without reason, or consulting other staff members, and again your an ignorant piece of shit who should learn to keep his mouth shut and learn to not join the flame forum if thats the sole basis your going to judge someone on. You want a good idea of who I am as an individual? You come have a 1 on 1 with me in IRC or MSN or PM or any form of intelligent manner. Learn to engage yourself in actions prior to making swift judgements, it will fail you in the long run. Majin is not ban evading, as he had my permission to post this. Not because he and I are butt lovers like your homosexual mind would like to think, but because I feel he was banned from the site unjustified. I'm done replying to your ignorant statements. As to whether or not it would have resulted in a ban had the picture involved other members? Yes. It would have. Everyone had been given fair warning the jokes about her baby were going too far and were going to result in punishments. Were I able to give some other punishment to Maj, I probably would have. However, I only had one option.
This post is at wynter or w/e it is, the brick wall was getting to big. The difference between, you/kirbir and me, is I learned to live with those hateful comments. He shouldn't have been banned on the site. IRC yes, and last I checked each time he was asked to stop, he did, as he always does. All it takes is communication.
