It would be good BW. I don't like the colors of the effects in comparison to what's happening to him. >.< Lol. The transformation should be sinister, you know? Try BW. ^_^
I think Spiderman could be brighter, as well as the c4d effect around him. Some lighting couldn't hurt either. But nice job for what's there.

Hmm. Well that's really something that you just need an eye for. Do you know how to use adjustmaent layers? ^_^

Not bad, Test isnt that great, and the clip mask on the side i think its soppost to be a border. should be taken out. also i think theres to much saturation. EDIT: B/w is better
