Real plain on this one, hun. The flow and effects are nice. The lighting is pretty good, but the right side and the text totally throw it off for me. Keep working on it though. ^_^
the right side looks like ----, since the background of this site is black on NSL it looks way better

The light on the right side of his face looks wrong but then again wouldn't look too good if it just faded to black from there...dilemma
You could move the focal all the way to the left, then have the lighting effects come in from the right. Problem solved
