i got a riddle ok there was a man that lived on the 13nth floor he would ride the elevator down every day and then ride his bicke to work then when he would get hom from work he would get in the elevator and only press the button 6 and then walk the rest of the way up why would the man only press the number 6

Because he is a small person and cannot reach the 13th floor. Isnt there meant to be more to the riddle: 'when it rains he can reach all the way up to his 13th floor, but when its sunny he only travels to the 6th and then walks the rest of the way.'?
