Delays With Platinum Memberships

    I think that it should be stated somewhere (if this is the case) that it will take atleast 24 hours to change your rank IF that is what's going on here... OR if that isn't the case... I have an issue.

    And as suggested I have PM'd an admin as well with the question..

    You just have to be little more patient. I takes a bit for it to go through. DraveN looks at all the transactions before changing the rank. Instead making this which really isnt a big deal you should've PMed DraveN. ;)

    I already have PMD'd Draven. I was just making the topic because I think that if there is a wait period it should be stated is all. I don't think this is a big deal at all...

    And instead of posting the obvious after I said I did to get your post count up you should just have read and left. But I'm not complaining. ;)

    i dont really wanna start a flame.But my post count is high enough whats 1 post goign to do. Sorry i didnt know you had already Pmed draven. Dont post here unless your looking for people help ;) But I'm not complaining. ;) Just be patient.

    Oh, I'm not either man. I just sensed a little bit of sardonicism in your post so I just returned the favor. Sorry if I was wrongfully accusing you of such.

    Anyways... this isn't so much a HELP form as a suggestion one.

    I upgraded and was not automatically moved into the new group either. Apparently it is a bug and they do not know why it happens so they will be manually changing users as they upgrade to Platinum.

    As for what you can do, take a screenshot of your Paypal confirmation with the Ammount, E-Mail sent to, and the Transaction # and send that over to one of the Admins. If you want it to get done fast, send it to one of the more active Admins.

    thanks a lot. never thought of sending the transaction numbers but i really dont think that would be needed though if it needs b i will go home and do it when i can. i would really like this forum to adopt an mobile friendly version. maybe one day we will. i may make a new thread on that when i get home too.

    To my knowledge, IPB doens't have a mobile friendly version.
