With so many wanting to do an inactive sweep so we can allow more members in, I took the activity check Fallen did a couple weeks ago, then deleted the names of those who responded off the main member list.

    I was left with these:

    Galione
    [B.C.] uLTIMA
    [.BC.] David
    Semper-Fi
    rhythm
    Olema

A few of those I haven't heard of before. Please don't kill me if I should have taken one of those names off :(!

i has an idea. we can perhaps stratify the members into reservists and active people.

the reservists are people who still post, but infrequently. they'll still be B.C. members, but in reserve - not expected to take part in crew projects unless they up their activity. the active members list would be those of us who DO post frequently - and it's a small list. this way, when we take on new members, based on their activity level, they can immediately go into either active or reserve status.

    whaddya guys think?

    took off lov2 and diversion.

@Pepsi - I like your idea but I don't know that just anyone should be able to get "reservist." In a way its allowing people to be inactive if they want, so I'm not sure if it's a good thing to offer to everyone.

I think we really just need to do a huge cleanout. Kick everyone that isn't active. Simple.

Or, my second idea as kick EVERYONE, and have EVERYONE (Except leaders) reapply. Cleans out everyone that doesn't want to be here or is inactive.

I've seen lots of teams do that actually. You take out everyone and those who are active will ask to be let back in. It helps weed out those who you think are active that aren't. I don't think the current members could get declined or actually need to apply, but they'd have to ask be let back in.

I like the idea, but I'm not sure if it could work here.
