First on the site... well I guess I could just start out with welcome. It is hard to C&C on this one really. I like the little twisty lines and your colors match. I am just not too good with renders like this so bravo for atleast making it work out for ya. One thing I can point out is the HARD-to-read text. And for it to be so blended it is somewhat plain. Go fishing for some new fonts and just mess around with some more styling. I think you did a pretty good job with this one. But I am sure you can do better.
Seems sort of flat, but I think that's from lack of anything in the BG. Keep working, hun. It looks nice. ^_^ I like The colors. And I think the lighting is off. Should be from the top, slightly the to the left of this head I think. ((there's a major hat shadow on the face, meaning the light is above him)). Welcome to GR bee tee dub.
