Anyway to salvage a project on PS that you accidentally close before saving? -_- I had a great concept going and I was so psyched. Really close to finishing it. Then I go to close a C4D out, and I hit the wrong X... Needless to say, my awesome concept is now gone. Help?

yeah i had this sick LP piece i worked on for probably 7 hours or so and my computer shut down. owned myself because my foot hit the reset button on the power outlet actually.
Thanks for trying Slight. ^_^f But that folder only has stuff that I DLed at some point. Dratsies... Well if anyone was wondering, it was a slick tag based on the quote from forest gump, "Dear Lord, make me a bird so that I can fly far far away." It had a parrot in it, flying towards a bright, colorful place on the right side of the tag, and the left side was dark and had wispy blackness that was partially covering the bird. And there was a BW gradient on the left side that slowly faded to the right side so that half the parrot was turning into color, and the other half was BW. Then I was going to do some text with the quote somehow... DANG IT! I feel like an r-tard.
One of the first things you should learn...is to Save it....then Save periodically every 3-5 minutes...its only a couple of clicks and can save a lot of time in the long run.
You only have to "Save As" once, then when you get a little farther and you wanna save your changes just use the normal "Save" and it will override your last file(so basically just update it).I don't use this, even though I probably should(I've just never lost my work before is why lol).
