Hmmm. The composition needs work. The guy is all the way to the left, and there aren't many effects on the right, which looks really odd. There's also a lack of flow in the tag, which is bothersome. The lighting is not established well, (should be above him and to the right a smidge). Try creating more depth and a stronger focal too.

Needs a nice bit of work, but that's ok. Just keep working at it and do some tuts if you have time. ^_^
