I can go on very little sleep, but I doubt its really healthy. I think last week I couldn't sleep, so I went to bed an hour after I had to get up. That little nap was good enough to get me through the next day and I still didn't feel tired the next night :$

Do you have a t.v in your room? because im a firm believer that can lead you to be a ainsomniac, because you teach yourself to " watch the next show thne bed " and eventually you end up watching several and not giving your mind the time to wind own before turning off.

I oversleep, makes me tired all day, not even the strongest alarm wakes me. I sleep around 12 hours a night. However when I manage to wake up with 5 hours of sleep I'm energised all day long. Wierd
8 hours of sleep... 14 of work... i was ------ed... that was when i was working as a chef. before that at university / full time job... 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night... got a reputation for falling asleep standing up
Really, I am not that tired. I usually get up at about 6:30 AM and I go to bed at 10~12 PM. This is my average day when I have school, at holidays I usually get up later and stay awake longer.
I'd try incorporating gym time into my schedule during the later day. I work out at night and I've worked out in the mornings. I'm tired after both.
