Its a cool base, the colors see grand, I think it could use some more effects

Colors are great, but there's no depth. Work on that and add some more details (maybe some displacement maps/c4ds) and it could be really good

As I saw the first try, I wanted to say you to add some c4ds for the effect.
Well, the second version is much better, but you still have to work a bit on the effects.

 

ok thanks alot i just did this for fun ill work on it some more though but i don't intend to enter sotw comps untill i feel im near or on the competitors level i only been doing gfx for 2 months now so i got much more to learn

I like how it looks like an eye and Ike's in the middle.....the text in the right hand corner offsets the "ssbb" and creates a weird balance....Maybe placing it somewhere else...but thats just my opinion...
