Ueghh. I'm so downed right now. I don't even know what I did or what the hell I'm doing. Since February I have been getting to know this girl whom before February I was unable to talk to. I manned up and got the balls to meet her and it worked out well. She really likes me, I really like her, but when I asked her if she wanted to start dating she told me she wanted to get to know me more, so it isn't as awkward. 3 weeks passed, and I feel as if we've really gotten closer, but the relationship isn't going anywhere. She flirts with almost all the guys we hang out with, well, they flirt with her. She's really indecisive, and has trouble explaining her feelings. It's not just me though, a lot of her lady friends have told me shes really shy with her feelings to anyone, even if they've known for 5 years. She wasn't making any moves and every time I asked to spend time with her it just seemed like she had better things to do. Whether or not she really liked me, or she said it to cheer me up, I told her that it wasn't going to work and that it's too hard and too much work for us just to begin dating. She's in grade 10, I'm in 12, so about 1.5 year age difference. She's a bit mature for a grade 10, which is well. I just feel like I shouldn't have to work so hard, when I really like her, and she claims she likes me. A lot of times I feel she could be avoiding me, but I have NO idea as she can't explain to me wtf is going on. I've never gotten angry at a girl, never hit a girl, never broken up with a girl. All I think 5 or 6 long term working relationships since grade 8 failed because not seeing enough of the girl, she would move away, or parental reasons.

Anyways, I am a bit downed and confused. I'm lost and I'm lonely. I think this is sad, but she's the forth girl where I have been "lead on." The first 2 were fine though, I could see why they didn't want to date, as they started dating guys who lived closer, same school, and saw them more. Third girl, Jansen, lead me on and started dating some guy which she knew was a mistake after they broke up. She apologized to me but she said she wants to stay single for a bit. I dunno wtf to do atm. Maybe I just don't need a girl. Grr.

Anyways I've been a bit sloppy on the emotions side so expect my work to be a bit emotional and depressing. :P

    Thanks guys. :)

It's like you live inside me.

gt same probz with a girl.
    only my problem is
I awlays split the chances. so this means I'm always opn for other girls wich I shouldn't do.
but anyway.. I asked the girl too if she wanted to date. having dinner etc.

but I think it needs time.. last time I asked her for a strange date. and she said yes right away.
(asked her if I could practise my cycling behind her scooter and do something else after that)
and now everytime she starts talking about it.

I think you do something simulair to it :P mayb it works. in my case it worked so :P

Give it time man. 3 weeks isn't really a long time to be fair.. My current girlfriend, I've known for over 7 years, lol.. We just decided to give it a shot, and frankly, I've never been happier :)

You need to sit her down and talk to her on her own, away from everyone else. Ask her what she wants, and where she wants it to go, if anywhere, and make sure she is bieng brutally honest. It hurts like a bitch when you find out a girl only says stuff like that out of pity, but if you can find out exactly what she wants as soon as possible, whether she wants you or not, it will make life easier.

If she wants a relationship with you, explain to her that you really like her and it bugs you that she flirts with other guys. On the other hand though, dont ever tell her what she can and cannot do, because that is a surefire way to end the relationship and probably the friendship too.

If she likes you, she will want to be with you, regardless to how shy she is or how well she hides her feelings. If she really is avoiding you, its probably best to move on. Ask yourself though, is she actually avoiding you, or does it just feel like she is? I have found that when I really like someone, because of my pesimistic nature, I tend to think things like that whether they are true or not. Its the same context of 'Something this good never happens to me..' and my subconsious is making me feel like something is wrong, when it isnt.

Hopefully it will all work out for you bud. At the end of the day, you are still young, and you will get over her if it doesnt work out, trust me on that ;) It hurts for a while, but it will get better :)

Take Wynters advice. Obviously girls don't want to hurt others feelings, so what you need to do it just flat out ask her what her feelings toward you are. If you as her to tell you truthfully, so you can know if you should move on or whatever, chances are she will tell you the truth. Most women don't like to hurt people's feelings obviously, but if you ask for their god honest truth, they'll likely tell you.

    ah, the days of youth.

anyway, her indecision is more a function of her age, not her personality. at that age girls don't really know what they want - and if they do, they don't want to commit to it in a serious way.

it will get better as you get older. the girls you will be around will be more mature, and you will too. ;)
