    nice skin spartan, didn't see ur 1st, aint been around in a couple yrs, but this one looks good

    I was actually kind of trying to stay basic because everyone was telling me that the floating user menu I had done on my last skin was going to bring up the price for getting it coded.

    hmm not bad, although change the navigation font, and make the expand/collaps icons smaller ;)
