Need Video Converters

i need to convert some .flv files that i've got to .mov files.

google isnt helping

any recommendations? i know a few people here download youtube vids to make avatars and such

 

you can try http://www.winff.org/ http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/download.htm one of those may convert flv to mov.

btw...I use a FireFox extension to save videos from YouTube and then use MVC to make avatars out of them.</span>

 

I use Super... Which converts just about anything, and is free. You can also only convert certain parts which really helps out if you only want a little section converted, especially for avatars.

Don't worry about that, I don't think you'll need all that space.

(I would assume it only needs less than half that for temp files)
