Well first off, I'm really really interested in film. That's the field I want to go into. My friends and I are constantly filming and making our own movies. Anyway, there is a movie being filmed where I live in Connecticut called "The Vicious Kind" starring Brittany Snow, J.K. Simmons, Alex Frost, Adam Scott, Alysia Reiner, and Jordan Berkow. You can see more details here http://imdb.com/title/tt1183921/. My career coordinator in school had been looking for an internship for me for a while in a theater or something, then the film crew showed up here like a week or two ago and started filming. Somehow she got the assistant director's phone number and I talked to him last night. He said I would work with them on set. I can't wait, I'm so excited.
Congratulations! Hope it goes well for you, and I'm sure it'll prove a great experience for you, if you go into that field.
I'm 17 turning 18 in May. I'm starting today at 11:00 or 11:30, and it's about 10:20 right now. I'm pretty nervous but excited ^_^

Haha I highly doubt that, but it would be cool. Anyway, it was awesome. I saw Brittany Snow and Alex Frost but I didn't talk to them. I said hi and they said hi back, so that was pretty cool It was really cool though, I had a walkie talkie attached to a headset and whenever the 1st assistant director would say rolling on the headset, I would need to yell "Rolling!" so everyone is quiet. I had to repeat other things like "pictures up" and "rehearsing". I'm going back on Friday and Saturday, but they said this time they will actually put me with the director and camera men so I could see them filming. It's pretty freakin' sweet
