Jeez that sucks, I don't think you should get into to much trouble, I would fight the underage ticket bacuse you didn't drinking anything.
they can't actually charge you and get away with it. 1. the curfew issue - you were on private property with consent from the home owner. cant charge you for that. 2. when you say underage im guessing you mean drinking....well if you blew 0.00 then you obviously weren't under the effects of alcohol either. so they cant charge you for that either. don't worry, they're just trying to scare kids into not having parties. it's way too much paper work for them to follow through on their threats.
