The stock/bg is nice but the render just doesn't seem to fit. I'm also not a big fan of the blood spatter all over the place; makes everything look very busy and disorganized. Keep working at it tho
tbh looks like you flipped the stock, added a render, and some sub-par effects. couldve done that with that stock in under 5 mins.
I don't think you need to be reminded of the fact that comments like that aren't acceptable. You posted up a tag and asked for comments. He gave his opinion and whether you like it or not, you need to exercise better judgement.
I know, but let me remind you, CNC is meant for people to positively criticize others. Not say something smart like, "Looks like a took 5 min" That in no way helps me.
Yes I understand that, I did not say that he was right either. But you were the one who was blatantly rude and that isn't allowed. For good measure tho, Manahan, when you comment on people's work, make sure you leave them something constructive that they can take back to the drawing board
Hey! I've seen that stock before. I think it's from DA, which I think isn't allowed, but I'm not sure. Anyway, the blood splatters look like they're on your screen I think it 'd look much cooler if they were skewed to look like they were on the wall. Maybe change the lighting so it blends with the render some more.
It all depends on what/who from DA he got it from. if it has a Copyright, he can possibly get in trouble. Otherwise, if the owner is ok with it, then he is fine. The tag does look like you flipped it, and did it in 5 minutes. BUT. I like it very much. The render doesn't quite fit in, possibly use a diffrent render next time? Still pretty good.
Use some more gradients to try to make everything blend a little more. Try using the burn tool a bit, and a bw gradient on multiply (lower opacity) or on soft light might look nice.
overreact much?, tbh, i dont see how this took you a while though. i mean, stock>transform>flip horizonal, add render, add pink smoke in bg using some brush or smudge,add random splatter stuff that looks bad, and then add some adj layers .
Manahan, lay off. You're not being helpful and you bragging doesn't help him improve. At all. MW, I would say skew the blood to make it look like it's on the guy and on the walls, etc. Would be schweet.
