It's really nice, I love the pen tool usage and the sharp and blurred speckles in the background. However, I don't really like the smudging job on the left side, it kinda gives the focal point a seasick kind of feel, as the render leans to the right. I would almost like it with no smudging, but that would require a little more pen tool work. But you seem to be good at that already!

the blue is nice , its really cool

 

Looks like WIP. Plain, boring. = / I think I would add more effects or something, and the guy seems really really out of place there.
