Sorry, but I am not a huge fan of pop out sigs, = /. Try to avoid them, for they give off a noobish feel. The other one isn't too bad. Bit bright and "scratchy" in areas, but overall not too shabby. Work on flow, lighting, and depth. And try not to use a render that takes up all your canvas space. EL
Your first one is pretty good. I'm not a big fan of the rectangles on the side, and it seems a little grainy on his back. Your text could use some work, but other than that it's a pretty good tag. Like Eternal, I too am not a big fan off pop out sigs. There isn't really much to the background on this one, scrap the border, and text needs some work.
