Abreviated Graphic Words... ¬¬

    What do these words mean:
    FR
    LP
    ""
    ""
    etc.

    There are loads of shortened words since I last done some graphics and i'd appreciate it if someone could list all the common ones down and explain what the difference is . . .:P

    Well FR means full rights and LP means Large Piece.

    lr = learning rights- u can only learn from it-no ripping, no posting it
    pr = posting rights - u can redistribute it..i think
    wr = wearing rights - u can put in ur signature area / avatar area
    fr = full rights - u can do anything u want except rip

    Yup you gotta get down with the lingo.

    Lp= Large piece
    Fr= Full rights
    LR= Learning rights
    WR = wearing rights
    opac= opacity
    LS= Layer settings
    C4D = Cinima 4 Dimentions ( dinamics )

    CR = Creators Rights
    ADJ = Adjustment (Layers usually, something like that)
    Tag = Signature
    CnC = Comment and Critique
    NSL = National Sig League :P

    And the list goes on and on...

    simple ones:
    ps = photoshop (cs = creative suite)
    ir = imageready
    psd = photoshop document (default when saving works done in photoshop)
    tuts = tutorials

    Use a hosting site that is able to host psd's and upload the psd. Then you will get a download link, and simply give that link to the buyer.

    typo = typography (text styles, placement, font choice)
    compo = composition
    lq = low quality

    Yep, FR means you can do whatever you want with the .PSD (sell it, give it out for LR, etc.). The only thing you can't do with FR is claim that you made it, or rip from it.
