Though im not gamer i love pulling stuff apart and that, i have a nack for fixing electronics. Not brain surgery i just fix it... i never thought of modding my consols though sounds like a interesting idea...
This is a bit off topic, but part of the reasons I like building computers so much is that the warranties for each item are by the item. I can modify my case to my hearts delight and it will not affect the warranty on ym CPU motherboard, memory graphcs card etc. And I'll be honest with you I don't care about my cases warranty, thing probably doesn't even have one and I don't really see a need for one since cases don't really break aside from perhaps the fans and fans are cheap and easily replaced.
