Define Power? Power, on the whole is already determined by money so it seems relatively obsolete. Personally, any girl/guy. Having all the money in the world still can't buy you what you probaly really want, and if you knew everything you'd know some crap which just, scared you to death.
Any girl. If a ghost appeared in front of me, I'd piss myself and run away, though. And yeah, if I knew everything, and knew something really scary, I would be very sad :[

Unlimited money. Solve world hunger, and even out the global economy. Plus with money you have the power to stop funding people who need your money so money gives you power. With that power you stop all the worlds environmental issues and everyone lives a happy life!
I'd go for money any day. If I had wisdom I can show the entire world how the Universe works but then it will takes centuries for it to get accepted so I'll be famous by the time I'm dead for years, so its worthless.
