Looks good, I like the effects and depth.

I like the effects but I think the color of the effects are too bright for the stock/background.

 

car sigs ar always hard to make but i like this one however i think u have lots of going on on the left whereas the right seems lil emoty. The text could be a bit better its nice but i think maybe moe it to the right a lil or sumthing and play wth the colour...Good stuff i like ur tag,
