Ok so i set up my new paypal last week and have had no problem, ive purchased gear and sent money happily. But..ive only just realised im sending/purchasing using 'echeque'....now i have no problem with it but how do i change my settings so that i can transfer the money straight away. Ive looked on paypal but they dont tell me how to switch to Instant money transfer but only explains it.
I just need somehow to guide me on how to set my paypal to instant pay rather than echeque.

    Thanks

You need a verified account; meaning you need to send your banking information to Paypal. They will then deposit a small amount of money into your account and you verify by responding to Paypal with the amount.

When that is done you will be able to send funds back and forth from your banking account or credit card.

if you've put in all your information in correctly, and you verified with pay pal the correct amounts of money it withdrew from your bank then you should be good to go.

When buying things, if you don't have the money in ur paypal, it will take it from your bank. That process takes 6-8 business days (Monday-Friday), usually ends up being about 10 days total including weekends.
same goes for transferring money over to ur paypal from bank, 6-8 business days.
So you can't get money in ur paypal instantly unless your using credit card (which im not 100% sure of neways cuz i dont have one :P )
