I'm guessing you mean 175 hands an hour for 1 table. How about multi-tabling? Does it get laggy with 12+ tables? I know on some sites it does, which stops me from using them.

When you say good people, do you mean that the skill is the same of above of those on lets say Full Tilt or Stars? Or is it the way Party Poker was before it disallowed Americans to play? (Which was very easy to profit money). What about their lowest stakes? Do they have NL2 or NL25? Is it in Euros or Dollars?

I'm sorry I'm really hesitant to play on a newer site when it's just so convenient and easy to find a table on Stars and Full Tilt for my micro stakes (NL10) :) Don't mock my small BR (just turned 18 3 days ago) How's rakeback or any VPIP points like stars FPP?

Well, its easy to learn, hard to master, takes patience, and you can make money by clicked a button. When you are at a young age (like 20) and making 20 or 30k a month it gets really convenient and attractive.

Also, if you are really interested in poker check out the 2+2 forums or www.liquidpoker.net

Heh, I still stick with playing Hold Em on facebook.
I've never actaully played with money, except in real life. [with really really really small blinds].

Though I play with playmoney on Full Tilt =). Does T6 / Stars have any play money option? Cause I won't be able to play for cash online [seeing as im 17 and no credit card yet.]

I like Poker Stars play chip set up, and really their free rolls ect, i dont play real money there because being aussie i need to have a master card or visa ( international banks, which is stupid because for 2 years they had aussie Joe Hashem as their spokes man ).

I use to play Holdempoker when it was linked to poker room, but after it merged with PR outright and stoped allowing play chips between prime hours and because a whore site i went to PS. Not before weekly top listing several times in the play chip kings catagory.

Personally real face to face poker dominates over online for several reasons; You can pick up on much more personal gives other then betting methods, Its more interactive, You dont get rooted by no-random yet defined as " random " scripts ( most poeple should know net poker isnt " luck of the cards" its numbers and percentages. ), you dont get black listed after winning all night! ( ever wounder why you can win all night online but cant get anything the next day? ( thats black listing to keep money flowing ).

Real poker is luck nothing more, because it dosnt matter how good YOU THINK you are, if you cant get any cards and have to bluff all night eventually you get caught and your balls get busted.
But expeirance and skill are different you need playing time to know how to or not to react when fulling a nice hand. Not to mention the ability to read players, and bet according to them, and the pot.

ikky now, this was about online poker, I play live poker twice a week with local games around my city, and poker is not a game about luck. There is a reason why the top players continue to win, not only the WPT and WSOP events, but as well as the cash games etc...

Online play is a lot harder than live, which is why I am able to come home everyday i do play live, play above my limits that I play online, and win some money. Those who say poker is a game of luck, really has no idea how to play. I guess for your play money tables it is luck because people go all-in with any hand they have. Yet even then, it is an easy game, just wait till AA, KK, or QQ and you can just pick up like 10mil play chips, trade for $ and play poker the way its supposed to be played.

Poor players can an obviously take money off the great ones in the short run, that's why they keep playing, if they were losing all their money every day they wouldn't come back. You have to give some back in order to take more the next day.

Secondly, most people are stupid. No offense in that but it's true, most of them are retarded and don't have enough intelligence to learn the game. Even if they tried, they wouldn't understand the basics, im not saying im better than them, im just saying most of the people are not smart enough to figure out a way to play half decent, and they won't even try because it requires time and patience.

But once you do learn the basics of the game, and you have patience to grind out the micro stakes then once you reach a decent sized bankroll, and move up to low stakes and repeat the process, you will instantly see that you are able to actually win because you are better than the other players, and not that you are more lucky. Everyone has times when they just dont hit a single card, for instance yesterday for me I dropped $150 because not one of my cards hit the flop, and my AA, KK, and QQ cards all were outdrawn, but that is the way it goes. Today I have made $180 so I have had a good day. It is called variance, some people hit their cards, and some don't other days. You don't look for the short run for statistics for luck or skill, you look in the long run.
