Eh. I've always had problems with sleep. Had insomnia since I was about...8 years old, stemming from a fairly severe amount of stress over the course of a month.

Basically, just get to sleep earlier. If you can't sleep work on knocking a half hour, or even 10 minutes off at a time.

7 Hours of sleep? Not exactly lacking.

    Sleep ; 2Am.
    Wake up ; 7Am.

Really, 6-7 hours of sleep is healthiest for you if you want to live for longer.

I used to have really bad insomnia, sometimes wouldn't fall asleep until about 3, have to wake up at 7.
I have to take Lunesta every night to get to sleep, if I don't, which is usually on a friday or saturday, I wont fall asleep until 1-3.

7:40 to 7:55 - Get out of shower
    8:00 through 8:55 - TV or computer

5:00 till I get tired - Free time
Anywhere from 10 to 11 - get in bed
anywhere from 11 to 12 or so - sleep. :>

Well im used to not getting many hours sleep.

Last job before the 'last job' i got (if that makes sense, lol) I was:

    Getting up: 7am
    College: 9am - 4pm
Home for: 5pm (or little later depending)
    Dinner: 6pm
Getting ready for work and out for: 7pm
    Working until: 3am
    Home: 4am

Then back to the same old again for MONTHS!

Then after i left that job, due to sexual harrassment on me from my supervisor when i was just 16 >.< I got another job.

Hours depended on what i had to do, i worked a 5 hour night shift but if the mornings needed cover i was..

    Getting up: 7am
    Work for: 8:30am
    Start: 9am - 4pm
Staying in work for an hour
    Starting work again: 5pm - 10pm
Dinner: 11pm or earlier depending if we sneaked home hehe.
    Bed: between 2-5am

and again for the time i was needed on days.

I tend to sleep when i can but as ive always worked nights i tend to stay up between 2-6am (or all night depending on how im feeling).

Now i most likely won't get much sleep at all when my baby comes, lmfao

Say goodbye to sleep Kirbir, trust me. ;)

I usually get to sleep around 5 or 6am but don't get up until 1 or 2pm.
I work from 4-12pm so it tends to work out I guess, I'd like to be up earlier though which I do on weekends.

Haha, if he/she is anything like me, he/she will sleep all the time and only wake when he/she wants some food! I was a greedy get as a baby, i wouldn't wait for my bottle so my mum had to breast feed me whilst making one, lmao.
