No, you can only play FlatOut Demo, Bioshock Demo, Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, and Half-Life 2: Lost Coast Preload complete means its ready to go, but you haven't bought it yet.
fallen fire summed it up pretty good =) basically, u get counter strike source, day of defeat source, hl2 deathmatch, hl2 lost coast and the other 2 demo games so in other words, the games that say pre-load complete means that you cant play them but they're installed on you computer
